At Nimble Beaver, we take pride in crafting high-quality products. Most of our signs are pre-made and ready to ship, while customized orders require a processing time of 7-10 days before shipping. Please check individual product listings for specific details.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Pre-Made Items: These will typically ship within 3-5 business days from the order date.

Custom Orders: Processing time is 7-10 days before shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer: Once an item has shipped, Nimble Beaver is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Upon receiving your tracking number, please direct any shipping-related concerns to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
We carefully inspect each item before packaging and shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nimblebeaver.com to request a resolution.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.

Natural wood characteristics, such as knots, minor dents, grain variations, or slight warping due to environmental factors.

Discount codes not applied at checkout – they cannot be retroactively applied after purchase.
Shop Credit Only: If a refund is approved for an eligible issue, store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply.
Damages & Incorrect Orders
